Please carefully consider the proposed schedule, and sign up to Volunteer for these Masses during the Christmas season.  Only sign up if you are reasonably certain you are able to volunteer.  Please consider your own family and seasonal plans and respond accordingly.  Once confirmed, the Mass times will be communicated to Parishioners and the Diocese will be publishing Christmas Mass times for all parishes in a full page ad in the Calgary Sun and Herald newspapers, so it is very important that we know your availability and ability to commit to Volunteer in planning these Masses.  Note:  if the role you want for a particular Mass is ‘filled’, email volunteer@holynamecalgary.ca to be put on a ‘standby’ list for that Mass.

We have to determine the number of Masses we will offer and provide the Diocese details by Friday, the 27th of November. 

We therefore ask that you sign up for Volunteer roles you are able to fill no later than Wednesday, November 25th.
