Sacrament Registration at Holy Name Parish
(First Reconciliation/First Eucharist)

Registration is now open for children in Grade 2 and above.

  • First Reconciliation takes place in the fall.
  • First Eucharist follows in the winter.

Parish Registration

Families should be registered parishioners of Holy Name and attend Mass regularly.

If you are new, please complete both the Parish Registration Form and the Sacrament Registration Form (Below).

Baptism Certificates

  • If your child was baptized at Holy Name, no certificate is required.
  • If baptized elsewhere, please provide a copy of the baptism certificate (with English translation if needed). You may submit it by:

Program Details

First Reconciliation

  • Parent information meeting
  • Six Saturday morning sessions (90 minutes each)
  • Retreat (parent and child attend together)
  • Program fee: $50

Confirmation

  • Parent introductory session
  • Six preparation sessions (90 minutes, once a month on Thursday evenings)
  • Candidate retreat
  • Rehearsal
  • Program fee: $60
